Curated by

When Real.Dirty.Sacred. founder Sara Jennifer realized that most of her zen friends could outdo the dirtiest locker room talk; she had an ah-ha moment: Being on the path does not require losing one's edge. Sara wanted to create a community where this exists, where the space between awakened and untamed is just a different vibe of OM.

Sara has been discussing love, boundaries, and surrender for two decades. Her theme song was always "Putting Others First" until she had a wake-up call, and now helps others do the same.

Her purpose is to help people honor themselves.

The dirty in me honors the dirty in you.

FAQs

What This Space Stands For

At Real.Dirty.Sacred., spirituality doesn’t come with a checklist or a chore chart. It’s not about “love and light” slogans or chasing enlightenment like it’s a trophy to win. It’s about guts—the guts to dig deep, question everything, and own your contradictions. Sacredness isn’t waiting at the top of some pristine mountain; it’s in the dirt under your nails, the raw honesty of your choices, and the moments that break you open. Here, you don’t find the sacred—you claim it. Messy, fierce, and unapologetically real.

The Walking Ritual

Spirituality isn’t always yoga mats and sunsets. Sometimes, it’s rage-crying in your car or sobbing into a journal while your coffee goes cold. It’s making peace with the parts of yourself you’d rather hide and finding connection in unexpected places. Maybe it’s a long walk with your headphones blasting or shouting “WTF” at the universe. Here, it’s not about how you do it; it’s about the fact that you do. Whether you light candles or swear through it, the sacred isn’t a ritual—it’s the way you let yourself feel alive.

Permission to Make a Mess

There’s no manual for this. No rules to follow. No medal for doing it “right.” You’re not here to hit some spiritual gold standard—you’re here to be human. To feel, to fail, to rage, to heal. Spirituality is messy, and that’s the point. Your cracks aren’t something to be fixed—they’re where the light gets in. Let go of the pressure to have it all figured out. Show up angry. Show up tired. Show up without knowing what the hell you’re doing. The only rule here? Show up as you.

Why It Matters

In a world that demands perfection—where productivity is god, and every flaw feels like a failure—choosing to just be is radical. It’s an act of rebellion to say, “I am enough as I am,” and mean it. To embrace your chaos and not try to tidy it up for anyone else’s comfort. Spirituality, real spirituality, gives you the courage to sit with your pain, joy, and everything—and own it. It’s not about reaching a finish line. It’s about finding your truth and standing in it, no matter how messy or uncomfortable it gets.

Your Call to Action

Tired of being told how to “heal” or “grow”? Good. That’s not what this is. This is where you throw out the script and listen to the voice whispering all along. The one that says, “You’re already enough.” If you’ve ever felt like the traditional path isn’t for you, welcome to the wild one. Here, the sacred doesn’t wait for you to be perfect. It’s in the grit, the shadows, and the truths you’re finally ready to claim. Are you in? This is your chance to reject the conventional and embrace the unconventional, to find your own path and your own truth.
